The Giddens School would like to thank Christina Mallet for the beautiful photographs featured on the new website.
About Christina
Christina Mallet is known for her fresh approach capturing people and events. From the black and white patterns of a city street to the kaleidoscope of color on a graffiti wall, the decidedly unconventional photographer finds inspiration in the urban landscape of everyday life.
Passionate about photography since childhood, she earned her street cred at Boston University’s Center for Digital Imaging Arts and has been perfecting her art for over ten years. Reproductions of her work have been featured locally in the Seattle Magazine, the Seattle Times, Seattle PI, Daily Candy, Red Tricycle, as well as in international media from Germany to Spain.
When she’s not busy at her Pioneer Square studio or running around town scouting the hippest new location for a photo shoot, she’s secretly transforming the lives of women and volunteering time to provide professional photography to terminally ill children through the non-profit Soulumination.
P.S. Christina holds Giddens near and dear to her heart--her son Xander attends the school and loves it!
